Rules concerning stands and other informational/promotional activities
These rules govern the various forms of informational, promotional, sales-related, advertising, campaigning and similar activities that take place on UiB's premises.
Main content
Among other things, the rules stipulate that
- sales or other commercial activities are not allowed
- external parties may only be permitted to use UiB's premises for informational purposes in connection with careers fairs and similar events organised in cooperation with the relevant faculty and student bodies.
Stands
Each faculty has its own person responsible for approving stands. Please contact the person relevant to your request.

Posters, magazines etc.
- Approved student organisations can put up posters at assigned locations without needing to apply.
- Magazines for students that are issued regularly must preferably be placed on racks designated for this purpose at assigned locations. The publisher itself must ensure that previous editions are removed when new ones are made available.聽聽
