Eligibility Criteria Ìý
You must hold at least a 50% position at the University of Bergen to be eligible to apply for promotion based on qualifications. The position must be either permanent or a fixed-term appointment.
Promotion is personal and may only be sought within the academic field in which you are employed.
A minimum of two years must have passed since your last application.

The application process begins by contacting the HR department at your faculty.
If your application is successful, your salary and position code will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that a promotion does not entail any changes to your current duties.
