On Saturday you can witness how one enters into eternal life when a party of Egypt enthusiasts and researchers mummify a fish in accordance with the book!
Norwegian Egyptology Society invites you to an Egypt Saturday at the Cultural History Collections. You can learn more about the pyramids, about Egyptian outfits, about various festivals and celebrations of that period. At the end of the day, you can test your taste buds by experimenting with culinary light meals from Egypt and the surrounding area.
The day will be filled with various lectures, fish mummification, Osiris rituals, samples of Egyptian food, and activities for all ages
