In the Neurotargeting lab we have access to these instruments:

We are users of the common technology platforms in the department, including Biophysics, Structural Biology and Screening (BiSS), proteomics (PROBE), imaging (MIC), flow cytometry, genomics core facility. In addition we have collaboration with the and Division of Psychiatry, Haukeland University Hospital.

BiSS offers expertise and access to a range of instrumentation to study the interactions of small molecules with macromolecules, protein biophysics, and for crystallization.

The Genomics Core Facility (GCF) at the University of Bergen provides a wide range of high-throughput genomic services to the local and international scientific community.

Flow Cytometry Core Facility

Flow cytometry is a technology that measures and analyzes the optical properties of mono-dispersed single particles, such as cells, bacteria, picoplankton, microbeads, yeast, platelets, nuclei and other similarly-sized particles, passing single file through a focused laser beam.
