The New York Times asked associate professor Kjell Arne Johansson to comment on their findings:
鈥淔or a decision maker at the Ministry of Finance, these numbers would be a low-risk, high-gain investment,鈥� said the expert, Kjell Arne Johansson, an associate professor of global public health and primary care at the University of Bergen in Norway."
