My research focus on the link between behavior and the underlying neural mechanisms. Using zebrafish larvae as a model system, in combination with lightsheet imaging and behavioral assays, our group has studied the dynamics of the neural circuits at play during phototaxis, thermotaxis and more recently chemotaxis.
