1. Seminar Description
Target Audience:ÌýThe seminar is designed for lawyers, judges, researchers, professionals in correctional services, law enforcement, and public administration, as well as other practitioners and academics working in criminal law, corrections, and related legal fields.
Academic Level:ÌýThis seminar is conducted at an advanced academic level and assumes a basic understanding of criminal law and corrections. It is particularly relevant for those seeking up-to-date insights into national and European legal developments, as well as international perspectives on punishment and rehabilitation.

-ÌýGain insight into alternative sanctions, rehabilitation, and crime prevention

Time Allocation by Subject Area:

2. Execution
Registration is binding. In case of cancellation, the following applies (even if the course has a waiting list):
- Cancellation before March 21: 100% refund
- Cancellation between March 21 and May 5: 50% refund
- Cancellation after May 5: No refund
The spot may be transferred to another participant. No refunds will be given for illness, quarantine, or similar circumstances.
A participant list and program will be sent via email.
We reserve the right to make changes to the program and to cancel the seminar if there are too few participants or if the seminar cannot be conducted due to significant uncertainty caused by circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control. This also applies if the number of cancellations results in the course falling below the minimum required number of participants.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
If spaces remain available, additional registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
3. Course Documentation
The course documentation is provided electronically. It is protected under the Copyright Act and the Marketing Act. All rights to the course documentation belong to the organizer.
In accordance with applicable legislation, it is prohibited to copy, display, distribute, or otherwise share the course documentation with others.
Registration and payment of the course fee do not grant permission to use the course documentation for any purpose other than the participant’s personal use.
The course materials will be sent via email afterward.

4. Privacy Policy
The personal data collected is necessary for administering the event. This includes the right to share relevant information with third parties for sending course evaluations, invoices, and bookkeeping to fulfill the agreement for course participation.
Personal data is also used for market research and analysis. Information about course participation and other training will be retained for seven years to document continuing education and competence.
