In particular, applicants will learn about the Kistefos Public Service Fellowship, which was
established to support students from Norway who demonstrate a capacity to lead, commitment to improving governance, academic proficiency, professional experience, leadership potential, demonstrated financial need and the potential to make a significant, positive difference upon returning to Norway. Graduates of the Oslo Handelsgymnasium are especially encouraged to apply.
