WATCH: Hydrogen production from electrolysis and natural gas pyrolysis
In this presentation, Jonathan 脴kland Torstensen, associate professor at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, present ongoing work on optimization of hydrogen production through hydrolysis of water and pyrolysis of natural gas respectively, and discusses aspects of the two methods and their potential utillity in large scale hydrogen production.

In this presentation, Jonathan 脴kland Torstensen听will discuss hydrogen production via electorlysis and natural gas pyrolysis respectively.听 These two methods have their benefits and shortcomings, which will be discussed in this presentation. The goal is to increase efficiency, and for natural gas pyrolysis to discuss the role of carbon as an industrial chemical.
