Stakeholder Engagement Plan

In the sixth month of our project, we successfully developed and delivered the Stakeholder Engagement Plan for the EBV-MS Project. This critical document outlines our comprehensive strategy and specific activities for engaging stakeholders throughout the duration of the EBV-MS project. The plan emphasizes the importance of integrating diverse perspectives from multiple stakeholders, including patient representatives and other key participants. Their involvement is crucial for enriching our understanding and ensuring the success of the project.
