We have the pleasure of inviting you听to the 6th CCBIO Symposium, May 23rd-24th听2018听at Solstrand Hotel. The 2017听symposium was a success with more than 200 participants and we expect the 2018听symposium to be at least as good.听

With so many participants听in a very international mix,听this is a great opportunity for international networking within the field of cancer research. The beautiful surroundings at听the historical hotel Solstrand provide an ideal frame for the symposium with the serene fjord views, fresh air, great food and spacious areas, with a little touch of Norwegian history.听
The symposium will be a combination of talks by invited international speakers such as听Richard Hynes,听Bruce Zetter, Frederick Locke, Thomas F. Meyer, Carina Strell, Leonard Fleck, Mark LaBarge, Fanny A. Vatter, William N. William Jr.,听Christina Fotopoulou,听Ursula Klingmueller,听Sui Huang and听Ian Mills,听and other senior and junior researchers, extended poster sessions where younger researchers can present their work, and ample time for interaction between the participants. The selection of which participants that can present their posters is done on the basis of the submitted abstracts.
The symposium is open for all, so please feel free to pass on this information.

If you wish to present a poster, please have the following information at hand before registration:
- Poster title
- Authors
- Whether you will present alone or with one of the co-authors
- Size of the poster
Note that a听one page poster abstract in pdf format needs to be submitted to Eli.Vidhammer@uib.no within May 7th听for inclusion in the poster book.
Satellite symposium May 22nd
Also note the听satellite symposium on Liquid Biopsies, which will take place the day before, May 22nd, also at Solstrand. This has a separate registration form. Registration deadline is May 7th.
