Together with representatives from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Geneva Centre for Humanitarian 大象传媒, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and M茅decins Sans Fronti猫res International, BCEPS researcher Kjell Arne Johansson discussed the options of which health services could be halted or postponed in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion focussed particularly on the element of urgency in the provision of health services in humanitarian settings as well as considerations of cost-effectiveness in the process of priority setting.
