The group鈥檚 research聽focuses on understanding the molecular聽mechanisms that endow tumor cells聽with adaptive cellular plasticity in the聽context of acquired drug聽resistance.聽The goal is to determine new avenues聽of therapeutic intervention to improve聽our ability to treat aggressive cancers.
The group is聽part of the Center for Cancer Biomarkers, CCBIO聽at the Departments of Biomedicine and Department of Clinical Medicine at the University of Bergen, and of the Metabolism and Cancer research unit at the Department of Biomedicine.
