Prof. Anne Canteaut聽is the scientific leader of the聽project-team SECRET聽at聽INRIA聽(National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation), and the chair聽of the聽Inria Evaluation Committee. She becomes one of the ten聽honorary doctors at the University of Bergen in 2019.
In this talk, the speaker will introduce an approach to dealing with simulator imperfection from a point of view of functional approximation that can be implemented through a certain machine learning method, such as kernel-based learning.
