CHILDCRIM

Assesments about children's criminal insanity and violence risk: Exploring and advancing the recognition of children's development.

CHILDCRIM is a five-year interdisciplinary research project, combining perspectives from legal research and mental health research. The project is led by Professor Linda Gr枚ning, and is supported by the Research Council of Norway.

CHILDCRIM is coordinated by听the (University of Bergen). Research partner is the 听(Haukeland University Hospital).

CRIMINAL LAW

Linda Gr枚ning has written an easy-to-read article in Open Access Government about how children and persons with mental disorders are approached within criminal law.
